• As a Copilot & Agents Solution Engineer (SE), you help customers transform the way work gets done using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and agent-powered experiences.
• Working alongside Copilot Specialists (SSPs), Customer Success, Account Team, partners, and engineering teams, you lead technical AI transformation engagements and help customers realize the full value of AI for Work. 
• You will build trusted relationships with business and technical decision makers, lead envisioning workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements, and showcase how Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agents improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.
• You will help customers accelerate AI adoption, secure technical decisions, and accelerate usage and value realization across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead technical demos, pilots, and envisioning sessions for Copilot and AI Agents.
• Demonstrate Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and agent capabilities aligned to customer business priorities.
• Position Microsoft Copilot as the enterprise AI entry point and foundation for AI transformation.
• Partner with Customer Success and partners to establish adoption, usage, and value realization plans.
• Remove technical blockers and support competitive deals by highlighting Microsoft’s differentiation.
• Maintain 100% deal hygiene and partner attach for all qualified opportunities.
• Achieve L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications and share deal insights quarterly.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs):

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs):

• 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
• Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
