Role Description

• The Cooperate Marketer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Port Harcourt. The role involves identifying and engaging corporate clients, promoting the company’s property offerings, and building long-term business relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing marketing pitches and proposals, scheduling and attending client meetings, and following up on leads to close sales. The Cooperate Marketer will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to prepare marketing materials, coordinate site visits, and ensure a positive client experience. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and contributing ideas to improve corporate marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate marketing, sales, and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities with organizations and institutions.
• Experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation, including comfort with in-person meetings and corporate pitches.
• Solid understanding of real estate or related industries, with the ability to learn property features, pricing, and market trends quickly.
• Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and ability to prepare professional proposals and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and meetings simultaneously.
• Ability to work on-site in Port Harcourt, travel locally for client visits and property inspections, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field; relevant work experience in corporate marketing or real estate is an advantage.
