• Prepares and cooks meals according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Ensures food quality, taste, and presentation meet required standards
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follows food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times
• Assists in food preparation, portioning, and plating during service
• Monitors food stock levels and reports shortages to supervisors
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and correctly
• Works closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service
• Minimizes food waste through proper storage and handling practices
• Complies with all kitchen policies and health and safety guidelines.
