What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items to consistent quality and taste
• Handle grills, small chops, and lounge/bar food efficiently, especially during busy periods
• Keep your station clean and follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage portions and minimise waste
• Support with stock checks and flag when supplies run low

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Cook, ideally in a lounge, restaurant, or hospitality setting
• Good knowledge of local and continental dishes
• Ability to work well under pressure and during evenings/weekends
• Clean, organised, and dependable
• A team player with a good attitude
