Individual should have the following;

• Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques 
• Proven experience working as a Cook with at least two years working experience in a  hospitality industry
• The ability to follow recipes
• The ability to work in a team
• Effective communication skills especially English
• Very neat and tidy
• Must be polite and accommodating to client
