Job Description:

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team! The ideal candidate must be proficient in preparing African and Continental dishes and have a background in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of African and Continental dishes
• Ensure meals are prepared and presented to high standards
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Manage food inventory and ensure the freshness of ingredients
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook/Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting
• Expertise in African and Continental cuisine is a must
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
