Summary of Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day production of quality food.
• Ensure the kitchen environment meet maximum hygiene standard requirements, e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

• Minimum of Trade Test / Catering Certificate from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
• Good knowledge of recipe for different categories of food preparation.
• Ability to work with less supervision.
• Ability to proactively meet demands and pressure of customers.
• Good communication skill i.e both verbal and written.
• Organised and outstanding problem-solving skills, e.t.c
• Candidate residing around Odo Ona Kekere, New Garage or Idi Ayure axis will be preferred.
