Job Summary

• The Control Room Officer monitors CCTV systems, radio communications, and other surveillance equipment to ensure security operations are running effectively.
• This role involves quick response coordination, incident logging, and communication with field security personnel to maintain real-time situational awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, CUG phones and radio communications to detect suspicious or unusual activities.
• Coordinate and dispatch security personnel in response to emergencies or incidents.
• Maintain detailed logs of shift activities, incident reports, and communication records.
• Escalate critical issues to supervisors or law enforcement as needed.
• Ensure control room equipment is functioning properly and report faults immediately.
• Verify personnel attendance and ensure shift compliance across deployment locations.
• Enforce operational procedures in line with company standards and policies.
• Conduct Security Personnel Replacement Exercises Across Multiple Locations and Update Records in the Company Database.
• Conduct a physical verification and assess the condition of CUG phones at each location, in conjunction with the Security Operations Department, and submit an accurate report.

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND/NCE or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in security or surveillance are an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (preferably in a security firm).
• Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV and radio communication systems.
