Role Summary:

Drafts, evaluates, and negotiates commercial contracts, tender packages, and service agreements for upstream operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop scopes of work, manage tender evaluations, draft terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, Engineering, or Business.
• 5–8 years of experience in contracting and procurement within the energy industry.
• Sound knowledge of contract law, negotiation tactics, and vendor management.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
