Contract Administrator at Deep Blue Energy Services Limited

Description

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements as may be assigned by the project Manager or Head of Legal/Management.
• Take lead on requests to draft and/or review lease agreements, deeds and other documentation.
• Drafting and review of agreements, including Technical Manpower Services Agreement, EPCI Agreements, Purchase and Sale Contracts, Subcontract Agreement, Engineering Framework Contracts, Consortium Agreements, and Technical Services Agreement.
• Drafting of medium level agreements and correspondence including memorandum of agreement, memorandum of understanding (MoU), non-disclosure agreements and service level agreement (SLA).
• Monitoring and managing contract compliance, including proactively working with the client and legal teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Ensure effective interface between all project groups involved in post management, legal, contracts and procurement.
• Assist in planning, creation, and updating of contracts based on the needs of all interested parties and check contract for legal compliance.
• To act as assistance to the Legal Adviser/Company Secretary in providing award contract management and expediting, including project Legal Services, Contract Management/Review, and Secretariate duties maybe assigned by the legal Adviser and Executive Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Business Administration
• 7–10 years of experience
• Should have experience in Legal Administration; Minimum of 5 years experience in Contract negotiation, review and drafting.

Preferred Skills:

• Adequate experience in organization and administration of a Legal department.
• Excellent Managerial skills is mandatory
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have Secretarial skills
