 About the Role

• The Content Strategist will lead the brand’s storytelling, social media direction, and content execution across all digital platforms. You will craft compelling narratives, develop content calendars, collaborate with creative teams, and ensure every piece of content reflects the brand’s values, tone, and identity.
• This is a role for someone who lives and breathes beauty content, understands trends, and knows how to create content that stops the scroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals and skincare industry trends.
• Lead storytelling across all channels — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website, email newsletters, and campaigns.
• Create engaging, educational, and conversion-focused content for skincare audiences.
• Write high-quality copy for social media, ads, website banners, product pages, and campaigns.
• Build a strong, consistent brand voice and messaging framework.
• Plan, script, and collaborate on short-form video content.
• Manage a content calendar and oversee end-to-end content production.
• Work closely with designers, marketing, and product teams to execute creative concepts.
• Track content performance and optimize strategies based on insights.

Requirements & Experience

• 2–4 years experience in content strategy, social media management, or brand storytelling.
• Strong writing skills — copywriting, creative writing, and content development.
• Proven experience working with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands (preferred).
• Ability to turn technical skincare information into easy-to-understand, relatable content.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, content formats, and audience behavior.
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, and deliver high-quality creative ideas.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic content creation tools is an advantage.

Bonus Skills

• Experience scripting and directing short-form video content.
• Understanding of basic skincare ingredients and product positioning.
• Experience building brand communities online.
