We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Content Operrations Specialist to join our dynamic AI education product team.
The successful candidate will be respornsible for conducting in-depth research and interviews with local students and parents to understand their leearning needs within the primary and secondary school curriculum.
You will play a pivotal role in planrning and structuring our online courses, as well as reviewing and approving the final course materials, includingtext and images, to ensure they are culturally and educationally appropriate for Nigerian users.
Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing research, including surveys and interviews, with students and parents in Lagos to identify
key learning requirements and challenges in K-12 subjects.
Collaborate with the curriculum development team to plan and odesign engaging and effective online courses.
Review and edit educational content, including lesson plans, scripts, andd visual assets, for accuracy, clarit and cultural relevance.
Ensure all course materials align with the Nigerian educational curriculunn and standards
Work closely with a multinational and multicultural team to ensuure seamless content delivery.
Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement oof our educational products
Adhere to project timelines and maintain high-quality standardsfor all deliverables.
Report to the Head of Content and work collaboratively with othher team members
Qualifications and Skills:
A Bachelor's degree from a university or an equivalent qualification from a college of education.
A minimum of three years of experience in teaching or curriculum development at the primary school level in Nigeria.
Experience with Mathematics or English subjects is highly preferred.
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communicattion skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and imultinational environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing higlh-quality work.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingnessto take direction and feedback from supervisors.
