This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Lead at MANI located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Content Lead will create, improve, and maintain engaging content to promote a positive image of the organisation. Drive brand awareness by being involved in all stages of the communication process, from concept to message development to result-oriented evaluation. Advocate for mental health awareness through creative and impactful storytelling.
Qualifications
BSc. A bachelor's degree in Communication, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a content officer, or a similar role, preferably within the non-profit or advocacy sector.
Excellent knowledge of content creation.
Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms and Analytic tools.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
Strong understanding of mental health issues, advocacy, and related terminologies.
Computer Literate: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WordPress
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Promote a culture of safeguarding by ensuring that all online interactions are respectful and safe.
Ensure all content protects the dignity and privacy of individuals, particularly those with lived experience of mental health issues.
