We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Content Moderator. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and moderating user-generated content, adhering to our established guidelines and policies. This position requires a strong sense of judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of content quality.

Responsibilities

• Content Review and Moderation: Regularly monitor and evaluate user-uploaded content on our online platform, including text, images and audio, to ensure compliance with established guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of content quality by identifying and reporting inappropriate, harmful, or spammy content, as well as technical issues or bugs, to ensure a positive user experience

Requirements

• Education and Age: Bachelor's degree or Higher National diploma. Applicants must be below 26 years old.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in the Music business or artist management is highly preferred but required
• Strong Judgment and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to assess and evaluate diverse content quickly, making informed decisions while considering contextual factors and adhering to guidelines.
• Excellent Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with users and team members in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to content review, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines while maintaining productivity targets.
• Time Management and Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks, handle a high volume of content efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities and guidelines.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using various online platforms, content management systems, and moderation tools.
• Integrity and Resilience: Ability to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive content professionally.
