    Content Manager / Sales Specialist

    The Position

    We’re looking for a creative and goal-driven Content Manager / Sales Specialist to help us tell our story, grow our audience, and convert leads into loyal customers. This hybrid role combines compelling content creation with smart sales strategy—perfect for someone who can write with purpose and drive results.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop clear, engaging, and strategic content that communicates our value proposition and supports sales objectives.
    • Manage and optimize our content across all platforms—website, blog, email, and social media.
    • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for visibility and search rankings.
    • Generate, nurture, and convert leads through email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and targeted content.
    • Identify trends and opportunities for media exposure and public relations.
    • Track performance metrics and use data to refine messaging and improve ROI.
    • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that support sales growth.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or digital sales.
    • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a focus on conversion and engagement.
    • Experience in SEO, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
    • A good understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behavior.
    • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and hitting sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, persuasive approach.
    • Detail-oriented with a knack for executing quickly and accurately.
