About the Job

• We are looking for a creative, dedicated individual to join our team as a content developer.
• The responsibilities of the role include creating original content for advertising, blog posts, social media, copywriting, graphics, and technical work etc.
• The content developer must also adhere to SEO best practices.
• To be successful in this role, you must have great communication, research, and teamwork skills with a good working knowledge of content management software as well as a basic knowledge of HTML.

Responsibilities

• Grow our online brand, generate leads, and run effective campaigns
• Develop content strategies and pitch ideas to the Marketing Manager and senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify market opportunities.
• Create easy-to-understand and engaging content using good SEO techniques
• Manage all content including newsletters, press releases, blog posts, ad copies, and social media posts.
• Work closely with Graphic designers to produce images and videos that are engaging.
• Collect and analyze data to improve content and effectiveness.
• Write new web content, editing and proofreading new content before publication.
• Manage the distribution of content through our various channels, including social media.
• Analyze performance indicators and web traffic and determining the effectiveness of created content.
• Work in other units of the Company as required from time to time.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, or a related field.
• Experience in copywriting, graphic design, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong working knowledge of content management software, including Asana, WordPress, Photoshop, and Flash.
• Good working knowledge of SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasker, have analytical skills & delivers high quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines at short notice.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, work with a sense of urgency, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Must possess excellent analytical skills.
• Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
• Data-driven with the ability to build and manage high performing teams.
• Goal oriented, problem solver with a can-do attitude.
