Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including our website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent content delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and reach.
• Produce multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and images, to enhance audience engagement.
• Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all content aligns with Softhill's brand guidelines and messaging.
• Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
• Experience with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools is a plus
• Excellent creative and storytelling abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
