Content Creator at CargoExtra Logistics

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
2. Design and implement strategy to align with business goals.
3.   Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
4. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, and videos).
5. Monitor social media insights, and recommend strategies to increase engagement and following on our social media platforms.
6. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
7. Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
8. Develop and manage the overall social media plan, providing clarity on activity, priorities, and success metrics/criteria.
9. Management of accounts on core social media platforms across all business areas and providing support/amplification for activity by team members in different departments. This includes both outbound posting of new content/activities and engagement/responding to dialogue in and around our activities.
10. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
11. Submit weekly reports on social media ROI, trends, and insight.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum BSc or its equivalent in any related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Content Creator.
3. Excellent copywriting skills.
4. Knowledge of online marketing channels.
