• We are looking for a dynamic Content Producer and presenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering compelling content for our social media platforms, website, and YouTube channel. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company’s goals and brand voice.
• Produce memorable video content that audiences will want to share.
• Lead projects in their entirety - from creation, scripting and storyboarding to shooting and editing
• Work with the content and commercial teams to promote and amplify their work/projects via video.
• Generate ideas for social videos, bringing out the best from our existing talent.
• Scouring real estate publications and existing public discourses to source newsworthy data.
• Interviewing prominent and oft-neglected figures to obtain precise, well-rounded accounts.
• Jotting down prominent talking points before presentations.
• Chairing intermittent roundtable discussions to carefully unpack pertinent stories, and displaying active listening where warranted.
• Prioritize multiple requests simultaneously and seek internal or external resource where appropriate
• Manage content calendars to ensure timely publication of material.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Procuring viewers' observations to facilitate their engagement.
• Meeting and Interviewing Guests appearances

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Creator and presenter, or similar role.
• Strong ability to generate creative ideas and translate them into effective digital content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Great Presentation skills
• Proficiency in content management systems and digital editing software.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Degree in communication studies, journalism, Marketing, or similar is preferred.
