Team-Ace is seeking a highly creative and data-driven Content and Engagement Specialist with expertise in graphic design and social media strategy.
This role is crucial for developing and executing our content strategy, ensuring visual consistency, and driving meaningful audience engagement across all digital platforms.
The Specialist will own the content lifecycle from conceptualization and design to scheduling, deployment, and performance analysis, directly contributing to our brand growth and community development goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the conceptualization and design of high-impact graphics for social media, blog posts, and marketing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency across all visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Develop, manage, and execute the comprehensive social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), ensuring timely and strategic publishing.
Proactively monitor and manage audience engagement, fostering community growth by responding to comments, messages, and initiating dialogues.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and product teams to translate brand objectives into compelling content strategies and campaigns.
Analyze and report on the performance of all digital content using relevant metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
Stay abreast of digital trends, emerging platforms, and social media best practices, recommending and implementing innovative content approaches.
Requirements
HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or any related field.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
Proven, expert-level design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, layout design, and branding capabilities.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign is mandatory.
In-depth familiarity with all major social media platforms and their respective content strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft engaging copy.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and take full ownership of content performance.
