Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Display knowledge of the product or organization and attempt to sway opinions.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Facilitate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with medical sales representatives in the territory
Study the territory / market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Meet one on one with customers to introduce the company’s products to potential and existing customers and make cold calls to follow-up, make pitches and process orders.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of OND holders in Science related courses or its equivalent
Minimum of 1-year experience in sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products and services
Ability to communicate in English and local dialects
Ability to canvass for sales and convert prospects to clients / customers
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Good communication and presentation skills is important.
