Construction Site Manager at Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES)

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ Years Of Relevant Experience In Project Management & Controls In Oil & Gas / EPC / Pipeline Projects.
• Bachelor's Degree Or Diploma In Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Industrial) Or Related Field.
• Proven Experience In Onshore Or Offshore Pipeline, Plant Or Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong Knowledge Of Project Execution, Monitoring, Reporting And Site Coordination.
• Experience In Managing Contractors, Vendors And Multidisciplinary Teams.
• Good Communication, Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

Preferred Skills & Tools

• Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Project Controls & Scheduling.
• Material & Logistics Coordination.
• Document Control Systems (E.g., EDMS).
• Cost Control & Reporting.
• Stakeholder & Contractor Management.
