Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Site Foreman to oversee daily site operations, coordinate workers, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive work to timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare activity reports.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Allocate work and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve site challenges promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a foreman in a construction environment (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site under varying conditions.
