Our client a Construction Firm located in Ikoyi, and handling several property development projects is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to join its Project Team. Quality and Safety are part of its primary goal. Additional details about the role and the person are indicated below, please spare a few minutes to read through. Salary: N240K Gross
Key Responsibility:
Supervise and monitor construction works
Coordinate, monitor, and control construction projects from start to finish
Liaise with contractors and all necessary construction team
Write reports to supervisor regularly
Ensure adherence to all quality, health and safety, and regulatory standards and report issues
Hours: Mondays to Fridays (Occasionally, Saturdays)
Requirements
A Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building or Quantity Surveying
Minimum 5 years of construction management work experience
Strong Project Portfolio to prove
Evidence of managing projects from start to finish
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and applicable knowledge of construction rules, regulations, and quality standards
Proficiency and Familiarity with Design Software (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, or Similar)
Previously directly responsible for coordinating, monitoring, controlling, and quality assurance of finishes and other architectural trades on projects
Cost Estimation and Management
Project Management Skills
Good written and verbal communication and report writing skills
Visual awareness and eye for details
Apt imagination and ability to think and create
Skillful in interface management
Team spirit, good work ethics, and work culture
