Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Director at Jomav Homes.
• The role involves overseeing our construction team, construction activities, Studio works and civil engineering projects on-site across all our estates.
• The Construction Project Director will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely completion of all construction projects & also managing the team effectively.

Qualifications

• Budgeting and Cost Management skills
• Experience in procurement and construction project management
• Expertise in civil engineering
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications or licenses in project management or civil engineering

Experience:

• Minimum of 5years experience working with real estate or construction related projects
