Role Overview
Trucrete is seeking experienced Foremen to join our team. This role is vital for managing increased workloads and ensuring the successful execution of road construction operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily road construction operations and ensure strict compliance with project specifications.
• Crew Leadership: Assign tasks, mentor staff, and manage worker performance to maximize productivity.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and safety guidelines, conduct regular toolbox talks, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Project Scheduling: Develop work schedules to meet critical deadlines, such as coordinating paving immediately following grading.
• Resource Management: Coordinate the use and maintenance of heavy machinery, tools, and materials.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed daily progress reports, labor hours, and tracking of materials utilized for management.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Education: B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Essential Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven problem-solving abilities.
