Job Description

• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate tasks among construction workers.
• Inspect work progress, materials, and equipment to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Address and resolve on-site challenges and report to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Expatriates Preferably: Candidates that are expatriates with prior experience working in developing regions or similar settings internationally.
• A university degree in construction management, civil engineering, diploma certificate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman, preferably in road construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with construction equipment and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
