Construction Builder at Sapir Projects Limited

Key Responsibilities​

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities across Sapir Projects Limited’s building and interior design projects.
• Interpret and implement architectural and structural drawings accurately on site.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and materials to maintain workflow efficiency and timely project delivery.
• Identify site-related issues early and provide practical, cost-effective solutions in consultation with project leads.
• Conduct routine inspections of workmanship and materials to maintain high quality and durability.
• Liaise with the project manager, designers, quantity surveyors, and clients to ensure the design intent is effectively executed.
• Maintain detailed records including daily site reports, material usage logs, and progress documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction site experience, preferably in residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of building construction processes, methods, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to interpret and implement construction and architectural drawings.
• Experience supervising skilled and unskilled labor, subcontractors, and vendors on-site.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools, site documentation practices, and workflow reporting.
• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Health and safety certification or relevant trade certification is an added advantage.
