Overview:

• Our organization is actively seeking an exceptionally experienced and highly skilled Construction Builder with 10 to 20 years of comprehensive experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have an extensive portfolio of projects completed with esteemed firms such as Dutum Construction Company, ITB Nigeria Limited, Elalan Construction Company, Cappa & D'Alberto PLC, Arbico PLC, Efficacy Group, SANA Group, and Stellar Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership and Management: Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints and to high-quality standards.
• Budget and Cost Management: Utilize financial management skills to create, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential risks proactively and develop effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project progress.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce strict quality control procedures in compliance with industry standards and local building regulations.
• Safety Compliance: Promote a strong commitment to health and occupational safety at all construction sites.
• Reporting and Documentation: Compile and present detailed project reports to executive management and relevant stakeholders, covering aspects such as project status, financial performance, and any deviations from the original plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10-20 years of demonstrated experience in construction project management and building.
• Significant prior experience with distinguished firms, including Dutum Construction Company, ITB Nigeria Limited, Elalan Construction Company, Cappa & D'Alberto PLC, Arbico PLC, Efficacy Group, SANA Group, and Stellar Construction, is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Experience in piling, block setting, mechanical and electrical work, finishing, high-rise, mid-rise, and various construction levels.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
