    Computer Science and Information Technology Support Agent

    Location: Yaba, Lagos
    Employment Type: Internship

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • The Technical Support is the first line of contact for customers experiencing issues with installation, configuration, operation, and management of SignalADoc solutions.
    • The Technical Support intern will field queries via phone and email. Queries will range in complexity from “how to” questions through involved debugging and forensic efforts when tracking down operational anomalies.
    • The ability to visualize problems remotely is key to being successful in this role along with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    • This resource will be responsible for diagnosis and analysis of customer issues and will be expected to bring first level detailed diagnosis over from Support into Engineering.
    • This role will need to be filled by an individual who is committed to customer success and would be comfortable living in both the Support and Engineering environments; translating internal Engineering-speak into clear concise directions for customers and vice-versa.

    • Providing management and team with feedbacks and information as quickly as possible, keeping them in-line with processes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, Information Technology or related field.
    • 1+ years of technical support (preferred).
    • Experience in Microsoft and Office required.
    • Experience with testing and troubleshooting technical applications (preferred).
    • Experience and Exposure in/to SQL (preferred).
    • Experience in PHP(Laravel) (preferred).
    • Experience in Customer Service Support Tools (i.e. Zen Desk or FreshDesk) (preferred)
    • Excellent Business Acumen and Positive attitude.
    • Excellent iOS, Android troubleshooting ability.
    • Excellent Customer Service skills.
    • Excellent understanding of the technical fundamentals of the Internet.
    • Experience or high interest in the enterprise endpoint security space.
    • Experience supporting multiple, simultaneous engagements/customers.
    • Excellent analysis and debugging skill.
    • Ability to work with one’s initiative and function as an individual contributor and/or a member of a team.
    • Outstanding communication skills across all modes and excellent interpersonal skills across hierarchy.
    • Product Knowledge and Attention to details.
    • Project/Product management skills (proven past experiences is an advantage).

    Salary
    N50,000 Monthly.
