Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support computer systems, networks, and peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems

Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades
Ensure regular system backups and disaster recovery processes
Support implementation of electronic health record (EHR) systems

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
