This is a full-time on-site role for a CompTIA Trainer located in Lagos.
The CompTIA Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training modules to various audiences on CompTIA courses (A+, N+, Security+), assessing progress and ensuring that all course objectives are met.
The Trainer is expected to work closely with the sales and support teams to deliver quality training and assessments to all clients.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in designing and delivering CompTIA courses, with a solid teaching and facilitation track record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences and relay information clearly and accurately
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to assess progress, evaluate performance and monitor outcomes
Professional certifications (CompTIA A+, N+ and Security+) is a plus
Ability to create training and instructional material and experience with multimedia and web-based training tools will be an added advantage
