Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a CompTIA Trainer located in Lagos.
• The CompTIA Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training modules to various audiences on CompTIA courses (A+, N+, Security+), assessing progress and ensuring that all course objectives are met.
• The Trainer is expected to work closely with the sales and support teams to deliver quality training and assessments to all clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in designing and delivering CompTIA courses, with a solid teaching and facilitation track record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences and relay information clearly and accurately
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to assess progress, evaluate performance and monitor outcomes
• Professional certifications (CompTIA A+, N+ and Security+) is a plus
• Ability to create training and instructional material and experience with multimedia and web-based training tools will be an added advantage
