Compliance Officer at Brisktrade Offshore

Job Description

• Plan and execute annual audits to check for risks and compliance issues
• Conduct audits on finances, operations, and compliance, using data analysis for better results.
• Share audit reports with the leadership team and keep documents organized.
• Make sure issues found during audits are fixed by working with the teams involved.
• Stay updated on new laws and rules to make sure we're following them.
• Investigate fraud or other issues and work with law enforcement if needed.
• Conduct special audits when needed and develop strategies to manage risks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
