2-5 years of experience in a compliance management role, preferably in retail or e-commerce sectors, with a strong understanding of automotive or tech-related industries.
Proven experience in inventory and retail compliance, risk management, and regulatory audits.

Leadership & Team Collaboration: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working closely with departments like sales, inventory, legal, and customer service.

Inventory Compliance: Ensure all vehicle inventory on the platform complies with legal and operational guidelines.
Retail Compliance: Monitor sales transactions for adherence to company policies, customer protection laws, and fraud prevention measures.
Preventing Circumvention: Develop early-warning systems and processes to detect and prevent circumvention of protocols.
Audit & Reporting: Conduct regular audits and create systems for reporting compliance breaches and taking corrective actions.
Staff Training: Educate staff on compliance risks and foster a culture of integrity within the organization.
