    Compliance & Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Compliance and Admin Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization operational documents is up to date at all times. This role involves monitoring regulatory requirements, filing regulatory statutory report and ensuring all certificates are annually renewed for compliance and general administrative duties.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance certificates and processes
    • Administrative functions; filing and general documentations of all departments.
    • Provide compliance training to staff
    • Monitor regulatory updates and communicate/liaise with regulatory contacts for updates
    • Attend to legal and compliance errands for the organization.
    • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements
    • Act as the point of contact with regulatory bodies and government agencies
    • Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and filings
    • Manage inspections, investigations, and inquiries from regulators
    • Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles and best practices
    • Maintain statutory records and company documentations
    • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
    • Draft and update internal procedures for compliance purposes
    • Ensure policies align with compliance and legal and regulatory requirements

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Industrial & Labour Relations or any similar field from a reputable Institution.
    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compliance/Adminstrative roles or similar role.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Must have work in a good organization on similar role.
    • Female preferable age from 27 – 35
    • Must reside around Ikeja, Ojota, Ketu and its environs.
    • Salary range N200,000 gross monthly

    • Ability to work independently and under pressure
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
