Competent Marketer at RolaSoft Technologies Limited

Position Summary

• We are seeking a Competent Marketer with a strong understanding of modern marketing strategies - both digital and traditional - to help promote our services, drive brand growth, and attract new clients.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Rolasoft’s products and services.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to execute campaigns and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating regular reports with actionable insights.
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and the online community.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of OND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing, branding, or advertising.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing tools is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
