Company Secretary at Eden Solutions and Resources

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attends meetings of the company, the board of directors and its committees,
• Takes minutes of meeting and keeps proper records
• Stays up to date with changes in statutory and regulatory policies that concerns the company
• Advice the company on compliance with relevant legislation and regulations guiding the company.
• Maintains the register and other records of the company as required by law.
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Handles correspondence such as emails and letters
• Provides legal advice during and outside meeting
• Represents company in during litigation
• Performs Human Resource functions

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• A minimum of a Law Degree is required
• At least 3 post call to bar working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Power point)
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Flexibility to work during weekends
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Good attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
