Our Company Riveton Developments Ltd is a startup Real Estate and Hospitality Company located in Lagos, Nigeria. We are presently filling some positions in our company.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are in search of a Company Legal Officer.

REQUIRMENTS

• Applicant must be a qualified lawyer (Legal Practitioner) in Nigeria.
• Applicant must have good experience working in both a Corporate and Litigation law firm.
• Applicant must have a flair  and fair understanding of Real Estate and Hospitality Business.
• Applicant must be digitally savvy and understand the use of technology for business. 
• Applicant must be very hardworking,  fast thinking and creative.
• Applicant must have a good command of English and great communication skills.
• Applicant must be committed, highly motivated and target driven.
• Applicanr must be able to work within a team and exhibit good team player quality.
• Applicant must be very smart, a great communicator and deal negotiator.

EXPECTATIONS

• Applicant must be organise and able to attend to all meetings of the company.
• Applicant must be very good in document drafting.
• Applicant must be a deal closer and be able to expanding the growth of the company
• Applicant must be a good team member and must be able to get along with other individuals both in the company and outside the company.

SALARY 

₦100,000- Above (Accommodation Provision Available)
