Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Company Driver to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, guests, and goods in a safe and timely manner while ensuring the proper maintenance of assigned vehicles.

Job Description

• Safely transport employees, visitors, and goods to various locations as assigned.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
• Conduct daily maintenance checks on the vehicle and notify the line manager of any issues
• Ensure adequate fueling of the vehicle before use
• Complete all trips within the stipulated time
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, state and federal driving regulations
• Comply with all company safety policies.
• Monitor vehicle performance and report any faults or required repairs.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Reporting all accidents and incidents involving drivers or company vehicles.
• Maintain accurate travel logs and fuel records.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary.
• Run official errands and support logistics as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or its equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• At least 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a professional driver (corporate or private sector preferred).
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and Lagos routes (or relevant city)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
