As the Community Growth Manager, you will drive grassroots brand awareness by engaging directly with communities, events, churches, campuses, and local groups.
You will onboard users, build micro-communities, and support early trust-building essential for product adoption.
Responsibilities
Lead on-ground activations across communities, churches, events, and hubs
Explain product features clearly and guide users through onboarding
Build and maintain engaged local communities for continuous growth
Run demos and support influencer or ambassador activities
Document field insights and provide real-time feedback to the Growth Lead.
Requirements
Experience in field marketing, community engagement, or brand activations
Strong Lagos community awareness and ability to influence groups
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
High energy, confidence, and ability to execute weekly field targets
