Our Client in the Financial Industry requires the service of Community (Customer Service) Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
• Managing Customers account (Key account management)
• Keeping a record of customers' interaction and details of action taken 
• Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails  

Requirements

• First degree with 5 - 7 years relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and communication skills 
• Excellent organisational skills 
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite
