• Driving engagement within our community
• Growing the virtual communities of the ministry
• Managing presence on relevant social platforms to grow our community
• Fostering collaborations/partnerships with local ministries in strategic countries 
• Driving initiatives towards the attendance target attainment for in person events

PS: Please note that we are a young ministry and so, we run almost in a start-up mode. This means that while this list contains majority of the responsibilities of the role, you will be tapped on to lean in where necessary to ensure that we are running smoothly

JOB DUTIES FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Taking initiatives to bring the community together by running the various social media platforms of The Tribe of Marketplace Ministers, King’s Arrow Network, Prayer Watch and any other subsidiary organizations under the foundation run by Luvanex Group.
• Growing the community for Prayer Watch by increasing its user database and ensuring the smooth growth and administration of its operations
• Coordinating activities for the social media growth of Prayer Watch, King’s Arrow, The Tribe by growing the page and increasing engagement on social media platforms
• Ensuring the growth of Prayer Watch by developing and implementing initiatives to reach out to churches and ministries globally to introduce the application to them and onboard them on prayer watch applications both on android and iOS platforms
• Ensuring the smooth flow of operations on the Tribe’s industry based & specialty based e-groups
• Ensure breakthrough centers are adequately running, and members of The Tribe of Marketplace Ministers are properly assigned to one based on their location. Ensure sustained growth in attendance in the various breakthrough centers in strategic countries
• Identify, enroll and onboard new breakthrough center hosts successfully as a part of our strategy to grow our physical communities
• Manage communication with host and leadership team of each breakthrough Centers and E-Groups and act as the liaison between management and the breakthrough center hosts.
• Facilitate and host new member orientation programs to ensure proper integration of new members for The Tribe of Marketplace Ministers & King’s Arrow
• Oversee the creation of the monthly newsletter for The Tribe of Marketplace Ministers & King’s Arrow
• Support grant writer with needed documents pertaining grant writing needs for Prayer Watch, Kings Arrow or The Tribe
• Other tasks as necessary for the administration of Luvanex Group, Luvanex Foundation and any of its subsidiary companies
