    Communications Manager

    Location: Lagos (Mainland)

    Responsibilities
    Main responsibilities include (but not limited to):

    • Create and execute the annual digital communications and content plan including e-projects, campaigns and other programmes.
    • Anchor the development of creative ideas and concepts in relevant social channels in collaboration with other members of the staff- content and communication teams, external consultants, partner organisations, funding organisations among others.
    • Oversee the creation of e-news content, design and ensure timely distribution. Track and report email metrics, suggesting new strategies to increase open rates and engagement.
    • Supervise the creation of audio and visual content
    • Manage website content and design to ensure delivery of clear and creative content.
    • Developing and deploying creative ideas and concepts in relevant social channels in partnership with video teams, photographers, editors, writers and/or designers
    • Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion and monitoring their effectiveness.

    The Opportunity

    • The communications manager is to drive the organisation to increased efficiency in the production and distribution of content and information, constantly research and recommend strategies and policies to maximise organizational growth, brand and mental health awareness.

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of experience in content creation and social media engagement / management
    • Candidate must have completed NYSC
    • Knowledge or work experience in mental health is an added advantage
    • Knowledge or work experience in graphics design is an added advantage
