Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate at Jomav Homes.
- As a Commission Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales contracts, and closing deals.
- This position is based in Ore with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
- Customer Relationship Management and Lead Generation skills
- Real Estate Market Knowledge
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in commission-based sales roles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
