Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, based in Lokoja.
• The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for driving product sales, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing customers with exceptional service.
• The role also involves demonstrating the value of BLUETTI's solar solutions, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage clients and build lasting relationships
• Strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and self-motivation
• Understanding of solar energy solutions and renewable energy products is a plus
• Experience in market research, lead generation, and business development
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
