Commercial / Sales Manager at Vantegral Consulting

Job Purpose:

• We are seeking an experienced Commercial / Sales Manager to lead the company’s commercial and sales activities, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key customers. The successful candidate will serve as a primary company representative in customer engagements, presentations, commercial negotiations, and business development activities.
• The ideal candidate should combine strong B2B sales and commercial expertise with a solid technical understanding of industrial equipment, process technology, or energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own sales strategy and revenue targets.
• Lead customer presentations and negotiations.
• Manage pipeline, quotations and key accounts.
• Coach Sales Engineer.
• Forecast accurately.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years B2B sales experience in industrial equipment or energy.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Technical knowledge of process/technology.
• BSc or equivalent in Engineering.
