Commercial Analytics Analyst at Tetra Maritime

Responsibilities

• As a Commercial Analytics Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the Commercial team's strategic efforts by preparing financial models and conducting in-depth analysis to evaluate various high-stakes transactions, including:
  • Vessel sales and purchases
  •  Equity raises
  • Profit-sharing agreements
  • Investment in new maritime technologies
  • Vessel financing and refinancing
• Managing and coordinating various commercial projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Preparing presentations for both corporate and project-related initiatives, tailored to different stakeholders.
• Maintaining comprehensive records for market research and business intelligence purposes, ensuring access to up-to-date data for decision-making
• Facilitating communication between departments to ensure smooth project flow and alignment across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Exceptional MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills to analyse data and create impactful presentations
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all analytical outputs
• A can-do, solution-oriented attitude, with a passion for tackling challenges and driving results
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and respect for confidentiality, understanding the sensitive nature of the projects you'll handle.
