Colour Matcher

Responsibilities
- Perform Color Matching and formulation of various water based and solvent based coating systems to required customer specification.
- Analyze color samples and match them to established color standards
- Train and mentor junior color matching technicians
- Utilize color measurement instruments and software to ensure accurate color matching
- Troubleshoot and resolves color matching technicians
- ⁠Keeping track of inventory and update superiors for new order
- Maintain accurate records of color formulas and adjustment.
Requirements
- Must have experience in a color matching industry
- Experience in tinting Machines
- Strong understanding of color theory, color perception and color management skill.
- Strong communication and organizational skill
- T⁠eam work
- Ability to work independently
