Color Matcher at Ascentech Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Perform color matching and formulation of various water based & Solvent based coating systems to required customer specifications.
• Analyze color samples and match them to established color standards.
• Maintain accurate records of color formulas and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve color matching issues as they arise.
• Train and mentor junior color matching technicians.
• Utilize color measurement instruments and software to ensure accurate color matching.
• Keeping track of inventory & update superiors for new order.

Experience Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline
• 3-5 years experience as a color matcher
• Previous colour matching in manufacturing industry experience is desirable.
• Previous experience with tinting machines is preferable.
• Strong understanding of color theory, color perception, and color management principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills and Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
