Collections Specialist at BLUETTI

Responsibilities

• Track, locate and visit defaulted customers and implement repayment / collection actions and terms；
• Responsible for reviewing the end customer information collected by the sales department and controlling the last step；
• Be able to effectively predict customers with potential default risks and propose solutions;
• Monitor the inventory and sales status of all dealers, agents and local sales, and provide opinions and solutions;
• Reduce risks in the circulation process;
• Perform any other related function as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related studies.
• Previous experience in Debt Collection (field) preferred (at least 2 year).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent persuasion and convincing skills, result-oriented and self-driven.
• Installment loans experience preferred.
